iLeague, part of iPlay, is the street soccer competitions unique to the iSpark Consortium. It was created by the iSpark Coucil when students cimplained that Hwa Chong Institution has no soccer club, which was immensely popular among Hwa Chong students. iLeague is divided into the Upper Secondary League and the Lower Secondary League.
The Upper Secondary League is for Secondary Three and Four students, while the Lower Secondary League is for Secondary One and Two students. Usually, the Lower Secondary League will be held first, followed by the Upper Secondary League. Each iSpark class can send a team of eight to participate in iLeague, and the results will be announced both during Consortium Assembly and on the Summary Message Board (SMB).
iLeague is usually held at the Street Soccer Court near the Hwa Chong Junior College. As soccer is such a popular sport among Hwa Chong students, usually, students of the various competeing classes will spectate and cheer their respective teams on, a very good form of bonding entertainment.
